University Academy Holbeach is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Employer Engagement Department.  The successful candidate will support in the delivery of our apprenticeships programme and work placement for learners.

Your role will be key in supporting well—established and highly successful Apprenticeships department through effective collaboration with local and national employers ensuring learners reach their end points in a timely and successful manner.

The school offers a rich curriculum and a range of learning pathways including apprenticeships, A-Levels, T-Levels and vocational and technical qualifications in Electrical, Motor Vehicle, Plumbing, Childcare and Hair and Beauty.

Interested candidates will have:

• Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
• Experience of employer engagement
• Knowledge of DAS
• Knowledge of ILRs
• Experience in using apprenticeships management information systems
• Experience and success in working with apprentices and employers
